    Used VIKING MT 5097 C Rear-Collect Mower

    This used VIKING MT 5097 C is a petrol ride-on mower designed for cutting and collecting grass across larger domestic lawns. It combines a 95cm twin-blade deck, hydrostatic drive and a large 250-litre rear collector.

    This machine does not have a recently replaced deck. Both the mower and its cutting deck are used and show signs of previous work. The seat base is also torn and worn, as shown in the photographs.

    95cm Cut-and-Collect Deck

    The 95cm cutting deck uses two angled blades to cut across its working width. Grass is directed through the central rear chute and into the collection box.

    Cutting height can be adjusted between 30 and 100mm using the lever beside the operator’s seat. The electromagnetic blade clutch allows the cutting deck to be switched on and off without leaving the driving position.

    250-Litre Rear Collector

    The large collection box reduces the number of emptying stops when mowing open lawn areas. A long handle allows it to be emptied from the seat, while a fill sensor warns the operator when the collector needs attention.

    Hydrostatic Drive

    The hydrostatic transmission provides smooth, variable travel speed. Movement is controlled using a single drive pedal, with a separate lever for selecting forward or reverse.

    This makes the mower easier to control when working around trees, borders and other garden features.

    500cc Briggs & Stratton Engine

    The MT 5097 C is powered by a 500cc Briggs & Stratton Series 4155 Intek OHV petrol engine. It produces 8.2kW at its rated working speed and uses an electric starter.

    Used Condition

    This mower has cosmetic marks and signs of previous use. The cutting deck is used, and the seat base has visible tears and material loss. These condition points can be seen clearly in the photographs of the actual machine.
