This used Countax C60 combines an IBS rear-discharge cutting deck with a powered rear sweeper. It is designed for larger lawns where the owner wants to cut, collect and leave a neat finish using one machine.

IBS Deck for Regular Lawn Cutting

The IBS deck is intended for maintained lawn grass. It cuts the grass and discharges the clippings behind the tractor, ready for the separate powered sweeper to collect.

This setup is better suited to regular lawn maintenance than the HGM version, which is intended for longer and rougher grass. The IBS deck should provide the neater finish of the two machines.

PTO-Powered Grass Sweeper

The rear sweeper is mechanically driven by the tractor’s PTO. Its rotating brush lifts loose grass clippings, leaves and light lawn debris into the collection net.

Because the collector sweeps material from the ground, it does not depend on a conventional discharge chute. The sweeper height can be adjusted to suit the lawn and cutting conditions.

Striped Finish and Easy Emptying

The roller fitted to the powered collector helps press the grass as the tractor travels, producing a striped finish on suitable lawns. The collection net can be raised from the driving position when it needs to be emptied.

Kawasaki Twin-Cylinder Petrol Engine

The C60 is powered by a 603cc Kawasaki FS481V twin-cylinder petrol engine. This supplies power to the tractor, cutting deck and rear sweeper.

A foot-controlled hydrostatic transmission allows the operator to change forward and reverse speed without manually selecting gears. This makes it easier to work around trees, beds and other obstacles.
