The STIHL GTA 30 Mini Chainsaw is the next step in STIHL’s cordless cutting range – sitting neatly between the lightweight GTA 26 and the more powerful GTA 40. Supplied as a complete set with two AS 2 batteries, an AL 5-2 dual charger and a carry case, it’s ready to use straight from the box.

Its 15 cm STIHL Light 01 guide bar and 1/4″ PM3 chain make clean, controlled cuts through branches up to 15 cm thick, while the DC motor maintains constant performance from start to finish.
If you’re upgrading from the STIHL GTA 26, you’ll notice the GTA 30 cuts faster, lasts longer and handles heavier work with ease. For even more cutting power, take a look at the larger STIHL GTA 40.

Tool-free automatic chain tensioning makes setup and maintenance quick and stress-free. Just open the side cover, use the fold-out lever, and the chain adjusts to the perfect tension – no tools needed. This reduces wear, improves cutting performance and keeps you working efficiently.
The ergonomic handle design gives a stable, balanced feel, with rubberised grips that allow precise control in any position. A pivoting guard shields you from the chain without obscuring the view of your cut – ideal for safe pruning and shaping.
