Description
The impressive SP53 Elite self-propelled petrol lawnmower is powered by a formidable Honda GCVx170 Autochoke engine – perfect for mowing large gardens.
This quality mower features a robust steel chassis and a wide 53cm cutting width making it a firm favourite with Mountfield customers.
The cutting height is easy to adjust using the centralised lever, with a choice of 6 cutting heights available, ranging from 22-80mm. A skid plate is fitted to the front of the cutter deck to help minimise scalping on uneven surfaces and ensure the best possible finish to your lawn. Grass clippings are blown into the spacious 60-litre canvas collection bag which also features a handy indicator to alert you when the bag is full. Clever!
Alternatively a mulching plug is included if you want to lose the grass collector and mulch instead. Simply insert the plug into the grass chute to finely cut the grass clippings into a nitrogen rich mulch and recycle them back into the lawn. – saving time and money while improving the health of your lawn too!
An integrated front bumper and camlock adjusters make moving or folding the handles for storage as quick and simple as possible.
This hardworking, versatile mower is a great choice for any medium – large garden and also includes a 5-year extended warranty (T&C’s Apply).
