Introducing the New Vented Trousers – Engineered for Arborists, Crafted for Comfort
The Vented Trousers are our latest innovation, specifically designed for arborists and chainsaw users working in warm conditions. These trousers offer the same rugged durability, protection, and sleek style as our renowned Breatheflex Pro chainsaw pants. Handcrafted in our Portuguese factory, they combine superior breathability, comfort, and functionality—making them the ideal choice for professionals who need to stay cool and mobile during demanding tasks.
Key Features:
- Superior Ventilation: Four large ventilation panels, strategically placed on the front and back, maximise airflow, ensuring breathability and comfort in hot working environments.
- Reinforced Seams at High-Tension Areas: Designed for longevity, the reinforced seams add extra strength in high-stress areas, extending the life of your trousers.
- Kevlar Knee Reinforcement: Tough Kevlar fabric at the knees provides enhanced abrasion resistance for long-lasting protection in high-wear zones.
- Downward-Facing Pocket Zips: Practical pocket design with downward-facing zips, making access easy while wearing a climbing harness.
- Optimised for Warm Conditions: Strategically placed ventilation panels ensure excellent airflow, keeping arborists cool during work in hot weather.
- Ample Storage: Includes a cargo pocket, front pockets, and a back pocket, all fitted with durable YKK zips for secure tool storage.
- Enhanced Flexibility: An extra-stretchy crotch panel allows for unrestricted movement, essential for tree climbing and other dynamic tasks.
- Handcrafted Durability: Made in Portugal with premium, long-lasting materials built to withstand the tough demands of chainsaw work and tree care.
- Customisable Fit: Features an adjustable waistband with a high back for added coverage and comfort, ensuring a secure, tailored fit throughout long workdays.
- Elasticated Hook: Located at the base of the trousers for secure attachment to boot laces, enhancing stability during climbing and ground work.
