HT 105 Petrol Pole Pruner: Powerful, professional telescopic pole pruner with lightweight magnesium gearbox
The STIHL HT 105 is a powerful telescopic pole pruner with a lightweight magnesium gearbox, ideal for professional tree care and maintenance. Efficiently prune trees or remove dead wood, branches as well as storm damage. Low emissions and a manual fuel pump work in conjunction with the automatic decompression to make sure the engine starts quickly and easily. Powerful, high torque 4-MIX engine. The light and robust magnesium gearbox in the cutting head makes working over a long period energy efficient. A branch hook is attached to the magnesium housing and lateral chip ejection on the gearbox prevents clogging. Sprocket cover with dipstick can be used for positioning the pole pruner during work. A 1:1 oil tank to petrol tank ratio means chain oil does not need to be added in-between tanks of fuel. Handling the HT 105 is both safe and comfortable as well.
The engine is controlled via the multi-functional handle. STIHL anti-vibration system also helps to relieve muscles and joints. With a rigid, and furthermore an adjustable telescopic shaft that can be quickly adjusted for different working heights or transportation, the pole pruner has a total length of 270 cm – 390 cm and can cut branches up to a height of 5 m. For maximum cutting performance, you can use the STIHL HT 105 petrol pole pruner with a ¼”P or a 3/8”P cutting attachment. In addition an ergonomic, padded shoulder strap and mounting clamp for RTS harness are included within the scope of delivery.

IMPROVED REACH. The telescopic shaft allows you to work at height from the ground. Therefore it is ideal for trimming high-up branches or cutting tall hedges. Furthermore, the telescopic shaft can be adjusted without tools.
STIHL 4-MIX® ENGINE
FOR FANTASTIC ENGINE POWER WITH LOW MAINTENANCE. The STIHL 4-MIX® engine is a four-stroke engine that does not require any oil circuit components, thanks to refuelling with an oil and gasoline mix. That’s why it’s more compact, more lightweight, and requires less maintenance than conventional four-stroke engines, while at the same time being powerful and offering a comfortable sound pattern. STIHL 4-MIX® engines comply with the European Stage V emissions directive.
STIHL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM
FOR MORE PLEASANT WORK. Vibrations can occur when you put your tools through their paces, and these are particularly noticeable in the grip area. The buffer and spring elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle area and therefore to your body. The result is that your tool is more comfortable to hold and your work is much less tiring.
BRANCH HOOK
REMOVAL OF LOOSE CUTTINGS. Thanks to the sturdy branch hook, you can remove loose and cut branches when working at height.
SINGLE-HANDED MULTI-FUNCTION HANDLE
COMFORTABLE OPERATION. Thanks to the single-handed multi-function handle, you can control your tool easily and reliably with one hand. Because all relevant control elements are integrated in the handle, it can be operated by both right-handed and left-handed users.
