The AK System is STIHL’s mid-range cordless platform for domestic users. It runs on removable 36V batteries (AK 10, AK 20, AK 30), which can be used across multiple tools. You can mow the lawn, trim the hedge, blow leaves, and prune trees — all with one battery system.

Battery Charging Times
The AK 10, AK 20, and AK 30 S batteries work with STIHL’s AL 101 and AL 301 chargers. These chargers are shared across both the AK and AP systems. LED lights show charge level and any faults, such as overheating or battery issues.
